Ultrawwatchss Return & Refund Policy

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Ultrawwatchss, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to love your custom timepiece. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:


Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Watches must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging

  • Custom/engraved/personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned

  • Proof of purchase required for all returns


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at contact@ultrawwatchss.com within 14 days

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. We'll provide return instructions and authorization


Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Allow additional time for your bank to process the refund


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photos/video of the issue

  3. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost


Exchanges

We currently offer refunds only. For a different product, please place a new order after completing your return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom engraved watches

  • Watches with personalized designs

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)
